LukyLab s.r.o. ("we," "our," or "us") develops and operates PromptKit ("the App") and the promptkit.app website ("the Website"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.
PromptKit is designed with a privacy-first, local-first architecture. Your custom prompts and personal collections are stored on your device and within your private iCloud account if enabled.
2. Data We Collect and How We Use It
a. Prompt Data & Library Content
All prompts you create, bookmark, categorize, or edit within the App remain stored locally on your iOS device. If you use Apple iCloud sync, your data is securely synchronized across your devices via your personal Apple iCloud account. We do not transmit, inspect, or store your prompts on proprietary servers.
b. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed directly by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details, billing address, or financial information. Apple provides us only with anonymous receipt validation data to unlock Pro features.
c. Website Analytics
On our website (promptkit.app), we use Pirsch Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service. It does not track you across websites, use cookies, or collect personally identifiable information (PII).
3. Third-Party AI Services
PromptKit helps you formulate and manage prompts to use with AI services such as OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), Midjourney, and others. When you copy a prompt from PromptKit and paste it into a third-party AI service, your interaction with that service is governed solely by that third party's privacy policy and terms of service.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Because your prompt data is stored locally and in your personal iCloud, you have full control over it at all times. Deleting the App or individual prompts will remove them from your local device and iCloud container according to standard Apple OS behavior.
5. Children's Privacy
The App and Website are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
